Python Job: Controls Engineer

ETY is an electrical engineering company in the nautical sector, needs to incorporate a system
& control engineer specializing in refits, bespoke AMS, PMS and Swbd manufacture and installation, this position is based out of its office in Palma de Mallorca.

Profile

An organized, positive, resolute, proactive person is required, with a great capacity for analysis and teamwork ability. Able to travel for surveys, installations, and commissioning anywhere worldwide. English language high level or native.

Engineer Tasks

· Electrical drawings design

· Ship automation system design

· Commissioning of the different systems designed and installed

· Communication with clients directly

· System maintenance

· Responsible for managing the R&D section

· Software structure analysis

· Understanding the different ship alarm management systems

· Knowledge of industrial control

· Knowledge of industrial automation

· Knowledge of PLC and subsystems

· Contact suppliers

· Mastery of industrial sensors

· Domain of industrial communication protocols

· Marine electrical experience with practical knowledge

· Ability to install and connect electrical and electronic devices

· Basic network knowledge

· SCADA design

· Signal troubleshooting on board

Software Knowledge

· Programming languages as PHP, Python

· Programming on PLC languages as ladder, grafcet, structured text

· Codesys

· Autocad / Visio

· PHP Storm

· MySQL

· Photoshop

· Illustrator

· Labview

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 20.000,00€-45.000,00€ al año
